The Toi Mai Workforce Development Council will be closing operations from 19 December, and disestablished from 31 December 2025. The Services Industry Skills Board; Electrotechnology and Information Technology Industry Skills Board; Food and Fibre Industry Skills BoardConstruction and Specialist Trades Board will pick up its functions.

Make-up qualification pathway open for consultation

Toi Mai would like your thoughts on proposed amendments to the Make-up qualification pathway.

The following qualifications have been reviewed and some significant changes proposed:

  • NZ Certificate in Make-up and Skincare (Level 3) [Ref: 3452]
  • NZ Certificate in Make-up Artistry (Level 4) [Ref: 3456]
  • NZ Certificate in Performance Make-up and Prosthetics (Level 4) [Ref: 3455]
