Avalanche US 21740 (Level 2) review

Toi Mai has reviewed unit standard 21740, Demonstrate use of avalanche transceivers, shovels, and probes, L2, C1 to bring it up to date with contemporary practices. This standard was approved by NZQA in February 2023 and a new version and change report was published by NZQA in March 2023.
