Radio and Communications Media qualifications review

Toi Mai Ohu Ahumahi have completed a scheduled review of qualifications in Communications Media and Radio Broadcasting, created as part of the Mandatory Review of Qualifications and listed in 2015.

The following qualifications were reviewed in 2022:

3206 New Zealand Certificate in Communications Media (Level 4).

3210 New Zealand Diploma in Radio Broadcasting (Level 5).

3211 New Zealand Diploma in Radio Broadcasting (Level 6).

Main changes:

• Changing the New Zealand Certificate in Communications Media (Level 4) was expired and replaced by the New Zealand Certificate in Content Creation (Level 4) [Ref: 4789].
• Changing the New Zealand Diploma in Radio Broadcasting (Level 5) was expired and replaced by the New Zealand Diploma in Content Creation (Level 5) [Ref: 4790].
• New Zealand Diploma in Radio Broadcasting (Level 6) was expired without replacement due to the lack of uptake.
