Paula has held executive and governance roles in the commercial world, education, sport and the creative industries. Currently Chair of the Aotearoa alliance of creative industries, WeCreate, and Deputy Chair of the Auckland Regional Amenities Funding Board, she was CE of Copyright Licensing New Zealand from 2010 to 2022 when the organisation completed a digital transformation. Paula is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and is addicted to sport.
