Tina believes that raising three active sons has shaped her management style, equipping her to tackle challenges both at work and at home. She is a self-motivated team player. Although new to the education sector, Tina brings extensive experience from the corporate world, spanning energy, administration, finance, insurance, HR and recruitment. Her superpower lies in the knowledge and skills she has honed over 20 years of leadership.

As a ‘Jack/Jill of all trades’, her diverse skills enhance her role as the newly appointed General Manager of Corporate Services. Tina empowers her team to lead in the areas of finance, budgets, policy, communications and marketing, and the governance function within the Toi Mai corporate portfolio.
